ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from customers who are considering canceling their services or have other concernsUse active listening and critical thinking skills to understand customer needs and find the best solutions to address themProvide excellent customer service, and demonstrate empathy and understanding of customers' situationsMake outbound calls to existing customers to drive retention and upsell additional products or servicesMeet or exceed retention and sales targetsMaintain accurate and detailed customer records and documentationRequired SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call center environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong empathy skills and ability to relate to customers from diverse backgrounds and experiencesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quicklyStrong critical thinking skills and ability to identify and solve problems creativelyAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as neededEagerness to go above and beyond to address customer and employee needsAbility to fully complete tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner with effective feedback to Hawx operational leadershipSalary$18 per hour + commissionLast updated : 2024-08-11
