This role involves leading a specialized team to ensure data accuracy and quality, creating efficient SOPs, and collaborating across departments. You'll train and mentor team members, oversee a BPO vendor, and report performance to senior management, all while driving innovation and excellence in operations.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of a specialized team focused on reviewing and verifying data entries in our system.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of the reviewed data, implementing checks and balances as needed.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team, ensuring compliance and consistency in data handling.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status and performance of the team.
Manage and coordinate activities with a BPO vendor, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of experience in related field. Prior startup experience is a plus.
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications; comfort with learning new technologies and systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in an operations, data review, or quality assurance role is a plus.
