Our client is seeking a Digital Copywriter / Editor in Weehawken, NJ / Hybrid.
Role description
As a digital copywriter and editor, you will play an important role in shaping our online presence and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our digital content. But beyond copy writing, editing and proofreading, you’re a strategic storyteller with a keen eye for SEO and digital content nuances. If this sounds like you, this opportunity may be a great fit.

Skills & Requirements
• Digital content expertise. 7+ years of proven experience in creating compelling digital content, preferably in the financial services sector.
• SEO savvy. A solid understanding of SEO principles and experience optimizing content for search.
• Brand enthusiasm. Willingness to undergo brand training and a commitment to upholding brand standards in all communications.
• Editorial perfection. Proven experience in copy writing, editing and proofreading. You have a clear understanding of compliance and regulatory standards to ensure content does not pose a risk to firm. You notice the details other may miss.
• A curious mind and an agile attitude. You can thrive in a corporate yet entrepreneurial environment—multiple projects on tight deadlines don’t throw you. You know how to hit the ground running.
• Financial acumen. A grasp of financial concepts and the ability to communicate them clearly, succinctly and with a certain charm.
