General Manager (Luxury Rental)

Your new companyHAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with one of the largest and most successful residential developers, owner/operators in the nation. With over 80,000 units in their growing portfolio worth over $57 billion, this role will allow you to work alongside some of the most experienced individuals in the multifamily space.Your new roleAs the General Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of 2 ultra-luxury rental buildings, around 300+ units each (700 units combined), in the Capital Riverfront neighborhood of Washington DC.
