Responsibilities: You will provide virtual mental health counseling to K-12 students, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate with care management teams to support student progress.
Skills: Required skills include a PA mental health license, experience in school settings, knowledge of mental health treatment strategies, strong technological skills, and effective communication abilities. Bilingual skills are a plus.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include additional licenses in multiple states and at least one year of experience working with school-aged children.
Location: Remote work is available across the United States, allowing flexibility while ensuring equitable care delivery.
Compensation: $61200 - $82800 / Annually
Schedule: This is a full-time 40 hour a week, W2 position with two months off in the summer, working Monday-Friday 12p-8p EST.

As a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (Virtual), your primary responsibility will be to provide quality mental health care to students within our partner school districts. You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students nationwide.
