People Operations Generalist
Hazel Health is looking for a People Operations Generalist to support and own work that directly impacts team member experience.
Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in People Operations/HR
- Experience supporting team members with benefits administration
- Comfort working in an HRIS
- Understanding of US employment and labor laws
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for team-based work and collaboration
- Comfortable navigating Excel/Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Translate compliance and company policy for team members
- Serve as a trusted point of contact on People Ops matters for team members
- Lead incoming new hires through orientation
- Partner with various teams to ensure benefit enrollment accuracy
- Support the development and documentation of People Operations procedures
- Create internal communications and resources highlighting Hazel benefits
- Support special projects and coordination
