We are looking for a dedicated Practice Coordinator like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsAs the Practice Coordinator you will:Clinical Support• Create Rounding Lists• Answer Patient Calls• Send PCP Letters• Provide discharge data for site medical director & hospital reporting• Assist in getting death certificates processedPatient Volume & Charge Reconciliation• Calculate patient volume daily• Report charge & rounding list deficiencies to providers• Schedule new provider orientations• Format & distribute monthly schedule to hospital as neededOffice Management• Order lab coats, business cards, office supplies• Plan luncheons• Schedule staff meetings, create agenda, take minutes• Send email communications to physician teams• Clean/stock break room & office areaQuality & Payroll Reporting• Provide procedure list to hospital administrator.• Collate HCAP data• Collate hospitalist tracking reportRequirements:• 2+ years of medical office experience in related duties required• Medical terminology knowledge or clinical experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or Patient Care Tech (PCT) is preferred.• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)• Skilled in developing and maintaining effective relationships with medical and administrative staff, patients, and the public.Physician Services Group is skilled in physician employment, practice and urgent care operations.
