Responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management that are more network focused and not IT or Software Delivery related.Key Roles and Responsibilities:-Develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints. Analyzes proposed projects, develops detailed project plan schedules, and identifies and assembles a project team; performs scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects; establishes and manages critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors.-Leads the design, implementation, and production life cycle (e.g., business case analysis, feasibility analysis, and market research) of technical business initiatives; may lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs. This includes vendor management. May use Scrum or Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking and backlog management.-Responsibilities could include: sprint planning, iteration meetings, sprint backlog management, and other agile management activities.Job Contribution:Intermediate level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of AT&T technologies.Education:Typically a BS degree in Math, Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent related project management experience.Experience:Typically requires 3-5 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.Environmental Requirements:This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function.
