Above all, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties of the Environmental Planner 2 include working on a wide variety of environmental documentation projects. Conducts environmental research; writes documents; evaluates potential impact of projects; devises mitigating measures. Working under the supervision of a Senior Environmental Planner or Environmental Project Manager, this position will be responsible for research and preparation of CEQA and NEPA documents, including coordination with environmental specialists preparing technical reports to be integrated into project deliverables.• Perform other duties as needed #LI-JF1Keywords: Environmental Planner 2, 164926, environmental, CEQ, NEPA, transportationQualificationsRequired Qualifications• BS/BA degree in environmental science or related field.• 5+ years CEQA/NEPA experience.• Familiarity and understanding of various transportation agency procedures including Caltrans, FHWA, LA Metro, FTA and FRA.• Excellent analytical writing and communication skills.• Experienced in MS Office Suite.Why HDRAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for; it's also about what you do and how you do it.
