Head of Content and Partnerships Operations

What You'll Do

• Support the YouVersion Chief Content and Partnerships Officer (CCPO) in flawlessly executing organizational strategy.
• Plan and direct all administrative, financial, and operational activities for YouVersion’s content and partnerships organization.
• Project manage high-level, cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution and reporting.
• Facilitate timely, accurate decision-making across YouVersion’s content and partnerships organization.
• Organize and prioritize critical organization and cross-functional issues requiring executive-level decisions.
• Conduct appropriate research and organizational analysis to present optimal recommendations.
• Work with content and partnerships leaders to ensure team goals ladder to the top-line goals the CCPO and executive team sets.
• Track progress to goals across the team and proactively diagnose areas where progress is blocked.
• Support the YouVersion CCPO in providing white-glove service to support their personal high-level, high value relationships.

Skills Needed to Succeed

• Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
• Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships.
• Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
