Head of Demand Generation

We are looking for a creative storyteller to help Super.AI uplevel its position as a leader in Unstructured Data Processing.

About the role


You are responsible for driving rapid pipeline growth via creative multi-channel demand generations programs.


You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing program to attract, nurture, and convert demand generation activities across multiple channels - SEO, SEM, email, content syndication, webinars, virtual events, and trade show. You report directory to VP of Marketing will work closely with head of content marketing and sales to create creative demand generation campaign to attract, nurture, and convert our target personals.


You’ll have a deep understanding of our customers and use those insights to drive campaigns to build the desired pipeline to meet/exceed our goals.

Required Skills


You will make an impact by being responsible for:


  • Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leads
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system to better nurture leads, increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads and improve the integrity of the overall database
  • Select and built-out the marketing technology stack to continuously improve the effectivenes of our marketing campaigns
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline
  • Work with the content marketing and sales teams to develop (write, drive review process, publish) and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps

You will be a great fit if you have:


  • 5-10 years of experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations
  • Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
  • Proven experience in managing the creation of marketing materials.
  • Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals – demonstrated by excellent written (including copywriting and proofreading) and oral communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems, particularly Marketo and Salesforce.com.support. You thrive in fast-paced small company environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

  • By smart we don't necessarily mean high IQ (although a huge plus), but an affinity toward learning. We want to automate as much as possible so we can focus on the few things that require human intelligence and creativity.
  • By humble we don't mean submissive or unambitious, we mean it in the same way Roger Federer is humble.
  • By hardworking, we don't mean long hours (be with your family). What we mean is while you're here you're doing the best work of your life. It means being disciplined, professional, focused, gritty, resilient, and resourceful, pragmatic. You believe that responsibility for your work does not end with deployment.
  • By collaborative, we don't mean submissive or deferential, it means taking leadership from everywhere. "I'm taking responsibility to fix this system", if there's a lack of trust "I'm going to address it", if goals are unclear "I'm going to deal with it", it's about being a meritocracy
  • All four of the above are required. We all know people missing one of these and it's not nice to work with them (e.g. someone who is smart and hardworking but not humble and collaborative).

  • Wants to win no matter what, but will not cross lines of integrity to get there
  • Strong beliefs weakly held, etc.
