About the Position:
Stampli is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Lead to help drive the company's digital marketing initiatives. As Stampli’s first Digital Lead, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive lead generation and conversion optimization on all our digital properties, with a special emphasis on leading us into the emerging world of optimization-via-generative-AI. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and be able to leverage the latest technologies and trends to create engaging content and campaigns. You will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Mountain View, CA office, with 2 days per week in-office.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to optimize our website and other digital properties for lead generation and conversion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align all customer touchpoints and create a seamless customer journey.

Monitor and analyze website and digital performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive conversions.

Work with our demand gen team to optimize campaign landing pages and targeting/segmentation tactics.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Implement and manage a marketing automation platform to nurture leads and streamline our sales funnel.

Extend Stampli’s digital infrastructure, with a focus on generative AI tools for a step-function impact on optimization and customization

Work with Sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads from marketing

Develop and implement a stage-appropriate social strategy

Ensuring seamless integration and data flow across systems
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing, with a strong focus on conversion optimization — B2B SaaS is a must

A deep knowledge of and passion for the emerging generation of AI-powered martech

Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive conversions.

Deep knowledge of website optimization techniques, including SEO, A/B testing, and website analytics.

Deep knowledge of targeting and segmentation strategies and tactics

Expert knowledge of Hubspot and Wordpress

Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing best practices.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
