Overview:

Caption Health is seeking a dynamic, strategic operator to help build the future of care, where revolutionary AI ultrasound technology is combined with seamless care delivery to enable more accessible, earlier disease detection, and improved care to patients.
By enabling any healthcare professional to perform high-quality ultrasound exams, Caption Health is leveraging its AI platform to provide unprecedented access to a valuable diagnostic tool - including through services in convenient locations like the patient home. As the VP of Tech-enabled Services, you will sit at the intersection of growth, operations, and strategy as a key leader that will build and establish Caption Health’s care delivery capabilities to deliver its technology to more patients across more care settings.
You will work closely across the organization, including with product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams, to identify key needs and initiatives and drive implementation to success, including but not limited to: development and implementation of business operations, partnership development, account management, care delivery operational excellence, customer/patient engagement and satisfaction, and team management. You will be an important leader within Caption Health’s commercial team, and will collaborate cross-functionally with executive and senior leaders across the organization to drive success.

Responsibilities:

    • Own launch and expansion as we deliver our technology through care services to patients and customers across the U.S. and the world
    • Identify key initiatives and requirements for successful care delivery; engage with cross-functional teams to plan implementation; and roll up your sleeves to drive implementation and ensure success
    • Identify, establish, and manage relationships and performance with vendors and partnerships necessary to operationalize and scale our services
    • Identify, build, and deliver on OKRs and KPIs that will define care delivery going forward, including efficiency, quality, and customer and patient satisfaction
    • Develop, refine, and scale processes across existing and future launch regions, as well as establish necessary capabilities to monitor, escalate, and manage field issues
    • Serve as a key leadership team stakeholder representing care delivery
    • Support new business development, market expansions, and partnerships, as well as identify strategic initiatives and market opportunity
    • Support creating a best-in-class customer and workforce experience as we provide care services to patients and customers
    • Help the organization anticipate and respond effectively to evolving market and environmental trends

Qualifications:

    • Have a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; MBA or equivalent preferred
    • 6+ years leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Direct experience as a P&L leader or operations leader within a health care delivery, health plan, or home health setting; OR P&L leader or operations leader at a consumer-focused company with deep logistics/fleet operations experience
    • Deeply strategic and operationally oriented - capable of structuring complex problems, think from first principles, and build scalable solutions for success
    • Have hands-on operations leadership experience, bringing experience managing workforces and logistics to deliver services and excellent end-customer experiences
    • Strong project management and process skills
    • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details and work in order to build for scale
    • Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experienced in managing and assessing rigorous quantitative and qualitative market performance
    • Highly comfortable with ambiguity in a high-paced environment

    • Experienced in managing a P&L
    • High growth startup experience
    • Strong working understanding of the national payer and risk-bearing provider landscape
    • Experience operating in a tech-forward environment, including building and deploying bespoke digital tools
