Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Senior Director, Growth & Engagement will be responsible for developing the marketing strategies and executing plans to grow & drive the engagement with client and investors.
About the Role
- Develop and iterate on the B2B and B2C growth and retention strategies across all digital channels including social, search, social, video, affiliate, influencer, push notification, direct mail, newsletters, and email.
- Use data to build marketing campaigns that solve business problems, advance our brand narrative, and resonate with our base.
- Lead continuous cycle of experiments to improve conversion at the front end of the funnel.
- Define, build and optimize the user lifecycle, to drive desired loyalty metrics and reduce churn.
- Ensure full visibility to b2c and b2b metrics throughout the lifecycle.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, and speak to the impact on overall goals.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales/BD, Marketing team-members and external influencers and agencies to deliver an integrated marketing strategy that supports go-to market efforts.
- Work closely with internal partners to successfully influence and drive improved funnel and process efficiencies, and speed to market.
- Oversee the overall growth and engagement marketing budget, determine allocation based on performance.
- Define the growth and engagement marketing technology stack: capability requirements, customer data strategies requirements, channel integrations.
- Prioritize work toward impact, outlining clear tradeoffs and dependencies required to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Research and influence deployment of in-product and on-website strategies for growth and retention.
About you:
- B2B and B2C growth and engagement experience, online and offline.
- Preferably experienced in both financial and blockchain industries.
- Analytical approach to defining opportunities and evaluating results.
- A “roll up your sleeves” mentality and the ability to implement proposed strategies
- Experienced using a variety of growth channels.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills; out-of-the box thinker.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to balance priorities and expectations from a broad-range of internal partners.
- Very fine eye for details.
- Ability to coach and layout a roadmap for team success.
