WHAT THE JOB IS ALL ABOUT >>
We are recruiting to fill a Head of Live SkeleTRACK Operations who will be responsible for all live operations of our SkeleTRACK product.
SkeleTRACK is the world’s leading optical-based ball and player tracking system that is being currently used in sports such as Baseball and Soccer.
You will oversee multiple operational teams operating remotely from Atlanta on a daily basis, ensuring that we meet the needs of our prestigious clients and ensuring the best level of service. You will communicate and liaise daily with league operational staff, aiding internal operational staff with managing ongoing services and client expectations.
In order to continuously meet the needs of our clients, we are iterating our processes and workflows. Thought leadership and creating an environment where innovation and creativity can thrive will be imperative to ensure that the operational team continues to adapt and grow.
The Head of Live SkeleTRACK Operations will also have responsibilities for a large number of people, through direct reports and their direct reports. You will be integral in supporting and aiding the development of current staff with a focus on improving individual technical skills, which feeds the responsibilities for maximizing and maintaining standards whilst ensuring that the growth of the business is not limited by operational talent and capacity.

Live Operations
Focused on ensuring fully accurate Live Data Delivery and Quality of Operations. These teams are sport specific and are mainly focused on making each game day run smoothly with our operations.
Service Operations
Focussed on ensuring that all our processes are aligned throughout all sports to give Live Operations the best chance of success. This includes managing our freelancer pool, Hardware Maintenance and Quality Assurance, Staff Administration and Management. Service Support, Training, and Operational Account Coordination.
Tech Operations
A team of Technically focused Leads and Operators focused on ensuring our data quality is at the highest level possible. This team are responsible for software testing, coordination of software rollouts, as well as Data Investigation across all sports.
