POSITION SUMMARY:

We are searching for an inspiring, dynamic, and collaborative commercial leader with a successful track record of building and leading high-performing teams and creating a culture of high engagement, accountability, and performance. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for the Marketing strategy and approach for Behavioral Health (current brand - PERSERIS), and our future product portfolio in the US, leading with a patient-focused mindset.
The successful candidate will lead the marketing function in Behavioral Health (BH) defining brand strategies and executing plans to achieve business goals. The Head of Marketing will report to the President, US Behavioral Health and have full accountability for the marketing organization in the US. This role will collaborate across the Commercial teams including (and not limited to) Sales, Market Access Field, Market Access Strategy, Insights and Analytics, and Commercial Operations. This role is highly visible and critical to the success of Indivior. The role will be a key member of the US BH Leadership team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

Build a best-in-class marketing organization capable of driving the strategic direction of key Indivior brands and delivering sustainable growth with specialty and primary care customers.

Set the strategic vision, goals, and direction for strategic brand/s.

Build a strong culture aligned to our Mission and Guiding Principles at Indivior.

Work collaboratively with functional partners as needed, to ensure seamless education and support to customers, with a patient-focused mindset.

Ensure the US BH marketing organization works collaboratively and complementarily with all field divisions, fostering a unified team approach in our efforts to build existing brand and launch new products successfully.

Achieve US sales goals for PERSERIS and future portfolio.

Contribute as a critical stakeholder to Sales, Market Access, Insights & Analytics, and Commercial Operations strategic and tactical plans, as well as the US BH Leadership team culture. Lead with a one-team mindset and living the Guiding Principles.

Ensure a compliance focus to ensure that all promotional activities are fully compliant with Company policies and Legal and Regulatory guidelines.

Work in partnership with Commercial Training to support, define and execute the Indivior sales and coaching model and framework.

Work in partnership with Insights & Analytics to define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and launch metrics.

Identify and build optimal commercial capabilities, raising awareness to unmet needs and champion new customer-centric solutions internally to drive innovation.

Maintain a high degree of presence and visibility in the field with sales personnel and key customers

Analyze US BH performance versus goals for PERSERIS and future products and prepare briefing presentations for executive leadership for quarterly business reviews and Board of Directors presentations

Ensure appropriate marketing plans are developed and executed, aligned to brand and sales strategies and priorities.

Coach, train, and mentor marketing team, as well as first and second line leaders and other commercial personnel throughout the organization.

Secure corporate resources and manage budget to achieve objectives.

Serve as a member of the US BH Leadership team

Serve as a leader of US Launch Readiness Teams as new products approach commercialization; build and lead launch readiness plans and preparations, in collaboration with other functions and/or alliance partners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an innovative, build & execute mindset while easily collaborating cross functionally to achieve results in a high-energy, fast fast-paced environment. Must have a demonstrated ability to set strategic vision and direction, inspire followership, and translate and communicate with clarity into actionable and measurable plans. Excellent strategic and analytical skills are mandatory as is the ability to communicate complex issues simply and diagnose issues and orchestrate plans to resolve and mitigate risks.
More specifically, it is anticipated that the ideal candidate will possess the following:

15+ years of related experience in the pharma/biotech industry with a proven, consistent history of high performance in a broad range of leadership roles of increasing responsibility.

8+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving results.

Significant product launch experience in commercial leadership roles.

Demonstrates exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills to inspire commercial teams to achieve elevated levels of performance.

Strong executive presence with the ability to set commercial vision and strategy at the National level and lead the organization through inspiration.

Proven track record of successfully leading commercial teams in competitive therapeutic areas.

Strong understanding of payer environment and utilization management measures that impact HCP prescribing requirements

Strong track record of creating and leading high-performance teams and creating a culture of high engagement and accountability. Lead with a one-team mindset.

Recent experience in the commercialization of neuroscience and/or in other specialty markets is highly desired.

Expert level knowledge of reimbursement and market access strategies across hospital, outpatient clinic, and alternative sites of care is highly desired.

Sales leadership and National/Regional Payer account management experience is highly preferred.

Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders, with an ability to influence greater outcomes.

Strong team player that has a strong patient-focus and customer service approach.

Attention to detail and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors.

EDUCATION:
An undergraduate degree is required. An advanced degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences is highly preferred.
