The Middle Office Technology Team supports trade processing, profit and loss calculations, position keeping and trade management. The team is global with personnel and service providers located throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.

We’re looking for an experienced Buy-Side Technology Manager to lead our Poland Middle Office Technology team to help us modernize, automate, and optimize some of our most essential processes.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will lead the group’s strategy for technology, people, and processes with responsibility to guide development initiatives and transformation programs. As the business partner to our Operations team, you will make critical contributions to enhancing the business/technology relationship and delivery processes. In addition to tactical development, you will be responsible for delivering and creating programs to modernize trade processing, scale fixed income operations automation, optimize trade management and broker workflows, and implement an effective Cloud technology migration plan.

What’s required

• 7+ years of work experience running post-trade technology organizations
• Experience working with financial / investment systems supporting banking, investments, trading, or regulatory reporting regimes (e.g. MiFiD II, MAS)
• Knowledge of financial products including fixed income, credit, equities, and derivatives and associated accounting, settlement, affirmation processing
• Fluent in the software development life cycle
• Experience with project management disciplines, program tracking, and executive status reporting
• Experience managing projects based on cloud, microservice, messaging architectures
• Experience with hands-on programming and system design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment and adherence to the highest ethical standards
