About The Role:

As our Head of Sales you will align with Augmedix’s core values to create a superior Sales organization in our high-growth environment. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will own the company's enterprise sales process and playbook. This role is focused on selling new health enterprise clients. You'll work closely with your team and leadership to execute on key initiatives important to the next phase of our growth and evolution of our business. We are looking for someone who will ensure robust pipeline development and drive measurable improvements across various sales KPIs. Being data-driven and leading your team in that way are important to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead and ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the New Sales organization
    • Monitor bookings pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
    • Collaborate with finance, product, and marketing on go to market strategy including messaging, pricing, and sales models to achieve revenue goals
    • Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales, operations, and account management functions
    • Stay well-connected with customers to ensure observed market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
    • Monitor pipeline forecasting, analyze opportunities, provide competitive insights, strategies, and tactics
    • Refine BDR engagement strategies and sales development
    • Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation

Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
    • Experience in building and establishing a sales department
    • Track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
    • A capable hunter, build relationships from scratch and turn them into new clients
    • Familiarity with the healthcare industry
    • Extensive experience selling technology solutions where you were recognized as a top performer
    • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
    • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills and ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CIO/CXO leadership and next two levels down
