Position Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketer to lead EasyKnock’s growth and homeownership platform evolution. As Head of Product Marketing, the ideal candidate is passionate about crafting and telling a market narrative that is driven by company vision, market insights, competitive analysis, and strategic product direction. You are equal parts writer, researcher, marketer, and evangelist. You understand how to position products, how to continually differentiate and inject feedback into the product and offering design and most importantly, thrive in dynamic, highly collaborative environments. The ideal candidate will be an expert of our product, customers, and the market and will shape our product strategy, will be the point Marketing team member working closely, cross-functionally, with all teams including with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
The Ideal candidate will have knowledge and proven experience of creating strategies in the Proptech, Fintech space.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer, Market, & Competitive Analysis: Utilizing primary and secondary research, lead and understand competitive landscape and consumer, industry trends, ensuring EasyKnock’s offering(s) optimized while identifying potential new opportunities.
- Customer and Partner Profiles: Understand buyer journey and motivations including funnel metrics and trends leading to development of use cases, personas; be the evangelist for the customer.
- Product Development: Partner with the EasyKnock Product Team around optimization efforts including pricing and feature, benefit design, managing product launches and offer, price testing. Own the strategy and tactics and coordinate design/build/execution and implementation with the Product Team.
- Positioning and Messaging: With colleagues from Brand & Design, build the product messaging of new and existing products, and create a narrative for our products: communicate value propositions through various channels and collateral such as website, sales enablement, case studies, webinars etc.
- Customer Journey: Lead customer journey and touch points across all channels, from start to close to optimize interaction points and experience. Develop product messaging of new and existing products and create narrative(s) for our products: communicate value propositions through various channels and collateral such as website, sales enablement, case studies, webinars etc.
- Partner Marketing: In close collaboration with our Business Development team, work to activate partners, onboarding and supporting partner development and overall contribution to EasyKnock sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in product marketing or marketing management roles, preferably in a Proptech/Fintech/B2B SaaS environment.
- 5 years of experience leading a team with proven team management skills.
- Excellent written communication skills - a must.
- Analytical mindset: comfort with metrics and optimization tactics, experience in leading and conducting research - primary and secondary.
- The ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise language and business values.
- Track record of creating high-quality marketing collateral (blogs, presentations, data sheets, white papers, etc).
- Experience in crafting positioning and launching new products into the market.
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
