Job Description:
Contributes to the success of Rocketbook by maximizing sales opportunities and profit goals with customers and customer teams. This position has the responsibility to communicate and implement Rocketbook go-to-market strategies to Retail partners, internal Customer Teams, Supply and Operations, Marketing and other Third Party Partners.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide Customers and Customer Teams direction and leadership for the Rocketbook brand.
  • Responsible for directing and translating broad strategies to strategic channel/market/account plans and facilitating customer prospecting, sell-in, day-to-day management all with the focus of growing the Rocketbook brand across channels using Brand Strategies and Sales Fundamentals.
  • Ability to work closely and serve as single point of contact across sales channels and customers to educate, sell-in and grow the Rocketbook brand
  • Communicates information and customer needs across Rocketbook and partner teams. Leads, organizes and facilitates both internal and external teams to meet customer’s needs
  • Develops relationships with customer’s key personnel including business plans that take into account short and long-term goals, strategies and results
  • Own the Customer and Channel Planning Process across all Rocketbook customer touchpoints
  • Achieves distribution, pricing, promotion and placement objectives with the intent of achieving sales forecasts and objectives
  • Manages customer P&L to meet or exceed sales forecast achievement and profitability targets, while staying within budget and policy guidelines
  • Work closely with the Supply-Demand Planning Teams to ensure correct forecast is implemented and executed
  • Responsible for Category Reviews, Line Reviews, Promotional Planning and Strategic Spending Proposals

Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years selling or similar experience in consumer product sales as a National Account Manager and/or Customer Development Manager, Team Leader Roles
  • A high in-depth knowledge of consumer products industry and retail environment to execute direct sales, order management, logistics and retail sales coverage.
  • This position requires a winning positive attitude from a competent and competitive individual who can work and lead teams of people
  • Requires high level of original, independent and innovative thinking applied to highly complex projects, goals and objectives; a high level of ability to develop methods, procedures, techniques and ideas in new, undefined and rapidly changing situations
