In this role, you’ll lead our growth-focused team members focused on expanding our footprint in Independent Oncology, and breaking ground in new markets, including Hospitals, Health Systems and Payers. In this role, you'll lead our Sales & Growth team. You’ll focus on expanding our footprint and impact in community oncology technology & services, where we are the market leader. You’ll also identify and pursue new, greenfield markets including Hospitals, Health Systems and Payers. As the leader of Sales & Growth, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the expansion of the Flatiron business and our overall operational objectives.
Your role will span driving sales excellence and quota attainment across our existing business lines and Sales team members, plus objective and strategy setting for our new market entry initiatives and team. In the community oncology market, you will lead your team to sell our revenue cycle management service alongside the OncoCloud™ suite of products and services to clinicians and administrators. In Hospitals & Health Systems, Payer, and other new growth areas, you will collaborate closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance and Business Development teams to define your team’s goals, and lead your team to establish successful go-to-market plans and partnerships in these new markets.

This role reports into the Vice President Sales and Service. Your team’s territory spans oncology clinics and cancer centers across the US, as well as domestic Hospitals & Health Systems, and Payers.
You have exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to set a strong vision and goals for your team, and hold the team accountable for delivery. You have deep consultative selling experience, and are an effective coach and mentor for other sales professionals. You have clear and compelling communication skills and ability to tell a persuasive story to all levels of our client’s organizations. You share our passion for tackling one of the most complex medical and technological challenges of our time.
