We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales Operationsto lead, manage, and optimize the functions essential to efficient sales team operation. As Head of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for designing and implementing systems, processes, and tools that drive productivity, growth, and revenue.

Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize sales strategies, programs, and tools that drive revenue and increase productivity across the sales organization.

Create and maintain sales policies, processes, and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Set sales targets and objectives, create sales plans and sales compensation programs to achieve those goals, including attainment targets for volume, margin, and product mix.

Monitor sales performance against objectives and provide timely, action-oriented analysis and feedback to senior management.

Lead the development and implementation of sales forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of forecasts.

Oversee the development, management, and tracking of sales reporting and analytics.

Develop and implement sales training programs that equip the sales team to sell more effectively and to achieve their goals.

Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead qualification processes.

Serve as the primary liaison between sales and the company's executives, ensuring clear communication, buy-in, and alignment on sales strategy and goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of related sales operations and management experience.

Strong experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Experience in developing and executing effective sales operations strategies.

Ability to manage and lead teams effectively, fostering a positive and productive environment.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and critical thinking skills.
