Associate, Strategy & Operations - job 1 of 2

Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access. As an Associate, Strategy & Operations, you will play an integral role in helping lay the groundwork of Operations at Headway.

Skills

2-3+ years of experience in operations / consulting / investment banking or related experience.
Highly detail oriented, organized, and process-driven.
Highly data-driven with the ability to drive complex analyses.
Strong collaborator and systems thinker.

Responsibilities

Design and build foundations for a variety of 0-1 initiatives within the Operations function.
Collaborate cross-functionally to build, execute, monitor, and implement scalable products and processes.
Assess and analyze data to develop strategies for accelerating progress and proactively identify areas for improvement.
