Business Intelligence Lead, Revenue Operations

Headway is on a mission to build a new mental health care system accessible to all. They are looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to drive growth by utilizing BI tools, conducting data analyses, and collaborating with key stakeholders.

Skills

3+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science roles
Experience in technical analysis including SQL queries
Proficiency in visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI
Experience with Salesforce
Strong project leadership and x-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Utilize BI tools for in-depth data analyses
Build and maintain advanced data models for complex analytics
Own and manage tracking/reporting with Data Team
Proactively leverage data-driven insights for optimization
Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide analytical support
