Engineering Manager, Internal Tools
Headway is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Internal Tools team in building a new mental healthcare system.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 5+ engineers
- Ensure process and product alignment within the team
- Develop and grow team through mentorship and feedback
- Contribute to company strategy and product roadmap
- Refine Software Engineering hiring processes
Education
- 3-5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 3+ years of Engineering Management experience
