Manager, Provider Onboarding

Headway is on a mission to build a mental healthcare system accessible to all. We're looking for a Manager of Provider Onboarding to help shape our customer onboarding approach and improve retention.

Responsibilities

Define the onboarding process and time-to-value for customers
Oversee the handoff between onboarding and sales teams
Implement rapid experimentation to validate onboarding strategies
Translate business objectives into effective onboarding motions
Develop and maintain the onboarding playbook
Manage a team of 2-4 onboarding personnel
Audit the onboarding infrastructure to enhance platform adoption

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
