Headway is on a mission to build a new mental health care system accessible to all by leveraging technology to simplify therapists accepting insurance. They are looking for a Product Designer to collaborate with the core insurance team, shaping the patient benefit experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve product vision and design solutions
Contribute to evolving the design system (Helix)
Support and deliver product and design solutions for complex business challenges
Help grow the startup design team
