Revenue Accounting Manager

Headway is looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to own company-wide revenue recognition and work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build in-house systems for accurate financial reporting. Join us in changing mental healthcare for the better!

Skills

CPA with Big 4 or large accounting firm experience
Experience with revenue recognition and working with large datasets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Own revenue month-end close processes
Oversee design and implementation of scalable revenue processes
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Data teams
Identify product and system features for accurate reporting
Analyze large data sets with SQL
Prepare revenue reporting and analytical materials
Establish formal accounting policies in accordance with US GAAP
Determine healthcare accounts receivable reserve and claims loss calculation methodologies

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other relevant field
