Revenue Accounting Manager

Headway is looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to own company-wide revenue recognition and work closely with cross-functional teams to design and build in-house systems for accurate financial reporting. Join us in changing mental healthcare for the better!

Skills

  • CPA with Big 4 or large accounting firm experience
  • Experience with revenue recognition and working with large datasets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue month-end close processes
  • Oversee design and implementation of scalable revenue processes
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Data teams
  • Identify product and system features for accurate reporting
  • Analyze large data sets with SQL
  • Prepare revenue reporting and analytical materials
  • Establish formal accounting policies in accordance with US GAAP
  • Determine healthcare accounts receivable reserve and claims loss calculation methodologies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other relevant field
