The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for an ideal candidate to perform in a secondary client relationship or business development role and may perform in a primary role for select prospect/client relationships. The Consultant is developing a reputation for technical expertise that is sought within the business unit and possibly beyond and, has developed expertise in at least one practice area and demonstrates ability to use original thinking in problem-solving. The incumbent manages projects involving medium-sized and/or complex cases that may involve coordination of integrated resources and, exercised cooperation, initiative and commitment to meeting assignment and project deadlines. The Consultant contributes formally to revenue growth via ability to identify opportunities for extension of own projects and/or for obtaining assignments from existing or new logo clients in their practice area. The Consultant proactively mentors and coaches junior staff members and, contributes to a work culture that is diverse, equitable and inclusive.

The current salary range for this position is $101,500 to $130,000 (flexibility depending on the candidate’s experience) plus an annual performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
