The Senior Agency Account Manager will serve as an invaluable bridge between some of our top agency clients and our internal team, facilitating both strategic conversations and extraordinary tactical execution. You will join a motivated, fun-loving team growing our agency client base and report to the Director of Agency Sales.
The base salary range is $104,000-$135,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills and experience.
Grow and retain enrollment in your roster of highly engaged agencies by understanding and driving business goals and objectives
Manage key multi-stakeholder agency accounts, providing exceptional service that supports the expanded adoption of HealthSherpa throughout the industry
Develop a continuous feedback loop to gather customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction
Collaborate and strategize with internal HealthSherpa teams and departments, such as Agency Sales, Agent Support, Product and Marketing, to align with company strategy
Leverage data to drive informed decision-making, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives across the organization
5+ years of account management experience
3+ years of health insurance experience
Experience growing and retaining multi-stakeholder clients year-over-year with high client satisfaction
Experience leading product conversations including demos, onboarding, training, and ongoing customer support
End-to-end project management experience
Bonus: Deep network of relevant client relationships that could be transferrable to HealthSherpa's agency account manager role
Bonus: Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish
