Heidi is on a mission to half the time it takes to deliver world class care. 

We believe that in 2050 every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burden and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world. Today, we have a suite of tools that modernize documentation. Tomorrow, we’ll equip every healthcare org with AI assistants that undo the tediums of clinical & non clinical work

Our team is a potent mosaic of sage, accomplished  leaders & brilliant polymaths hungry to prove it. We achieve in 6 months what it takes our competitors 4 years to do. We’ve  raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and in the midst of our next raise, with an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US & UK. 

Therefore we're seeking hungry, smart, raw talent that may take the shape of a graduate or someone with a couple years experience to join as our Founder Associate - a unique position that combines high-impact execution with accelerated leadership development.  This role is designed for someone who has cut their teeth in a professional environment and is now ready to fast-track their path to leadership.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with our CEO as their operational right hand ninja, turning vision into reality

• Support the CEO's highest-priority initiatives from conception to completion

• Ensure timely communications with investors, partners, and team

• Own and deliver special projects across product strategy and go-to-market initiatives

• Graduate into a strategic role within Heidi (previous apprentices now lead verticals and run initiatives in our NYC office)

What We're Looking For

• Raw intellectual horsepower - you can break down any problem into its component parts and solve it systematically

• Early in your career but hungry to make an outsized impact. You're betting on yourself and want the startup career accelerator

• Highly analytical mind, often demonstrated through Mathematics, PPE, Computer Science, or Engineering background - though we care more about your problem-solving ability than having a degree and will assess these skills as part of your application process.

• Sharp pattern recognition and ability to create structure from chaos

• Outstanding execution capabilities - you get things done, period

• Natural relationship builder with high emotional intelligence

• Someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape the future of healthcare
