We are seeking a passionate and experiencedSenior Product Managerto join our dynamic team and help us elevate our data platform to the next level.You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, operations, privacy, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions that drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.As a Senior Product Manager, You WillDevelop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the data platform in alignment with company goals.Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key initiatives and deliverables.Lead and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure a steady flow and success of the team’s work.Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define technical requirements, ensure timely delivery of features, and manage project timelines.Define, build, and optimize the data infrastructure and tools that provide the foundation of our analytics and business intelligence capabilities.Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, operations, privacy, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions that drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.Ensure the protection and privacy of highly sensitive patient data by enabling robust data governance infrastructure.Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance in collaboration with the engineering teamEngage with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates, timelines, and feedback.Use insights to influence product decisions and keep the platform ahead of and in tune with company demands.About YouBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.4+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data platforms, analytics, or related technologies.Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical products.Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience managing products built with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Strong problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a “drive for results” attitudeAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience working with distributed teamsWorking knowledge of Agile MethodologiesPlusesFamiliarity with regulated organizations, including HIPAA, CLIA/CAP, CCPA/CPRAExperience with electronic healthcare records, interoperability, and the US healthcare domainExperience working with sensitive and/or regulated data (Clinical, Financial, etc)Hands on software engineering experienceExperience using Airflow, Nextflow, or other workflow orchestrationExpected Interview Process1) Recruiter Screen2) Manager Screen/Tech Screen3)Onsite4)OfferExpected Pay For This RoleThere are 3 distinct parts to your Helix offer:1)Base Salary2)Annual Bonus3)EquityExpected Helix Base: $146,000 - $196,250Expected Helix Discretionary Annual Bonus: 15% of your annual salaryEquity: We offer generous equity at Helix.
