Senior Director of Strategic Account Management and Client Success

Hello Heart is looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Account Management and Client Success to lead client satisfaction efforts and foster strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive strategic direction, and enhance client outcomes.

Skills

    Responsibilities

    • Own Client Success Manager's outcomes including adoption, retention, renewal, and advocacy rates
    • Manage a book of ARR $50M+ and growing
    • Retain customer satisfaction and retention rates above 95% and 97%, respectively
    • Scale enrollment activities to drive new user growth
    • Expand contract value and ensure client health
    • Lead and develop a client-facing team
    • Champion client priorities with senior leadership
    • Anticipate and mitigate risks to client health
    • Drive renewals and negotiate appropriate terms
    • Train teams on the product's value proposition
