Job Description:
You will develop and execute a performance-driven influencer marketing strategy across our 4 brands HelloFresh, Green Chef, Factor, and Every Plate brands. This includes overseeing influencer content creation, distribution, and campaign optimization based on platform, partner-type, and messaging. HelloFresh has a large, always on influencer program where we work with different... tiers of influencers, including high profile, vloggers and micro-mid tier creators. The candidate will be a key stakeholder of the Marketing team, collaborating with peers who are experts in their respective workstreams.
This channel is highly performance marketing anchored, with success rooted firmly in high-value customer acquisition vs. brand awareness. Familiarity running and scaling campaigns measured with growth marketing metrics - CPM, CAC, CPA, CTR, CLV etc. - is critical.
You will…
• Be the thought leader and subject matter expert on influencer marketing within the organization.
• Lead the 2.0 strategy for influencer marketing with a focus on scaling in-house bookings, and build the framework to develop an attractive influencer program
• Refine and progress the company's point of view on influencer marketing, including external positioning and revamping internal processes (e.g., VIP box fulfillment, in-house booking at scale, legal contracting, financial onboarding).
• Lead deep dive analysis into influencer performance and compile learnings with your team to define areas of focus.
• Coach, develop, manage, and lead a direct report team responsible for micro, mid, and larger partnerships.
• Establish and foster positive, trusted relationships with existing and prospective influencers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Have overall ownership of the influencer marketing budget and optimize the mix to achieve company targets.
• Build
• Create, optimize, and educate teams on influencer learning plans, operating models, and playbooks.
• Work closely with the measurement team to develop proprietary measurement frameworks for influencer programs.
• Represent the influencer team as part of the Marketing Leadership team in business reviews.
• Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to define the role of influencer marketing in building a world-class e-food brand.
You are...
• An analytical and data-driven marketer with a strong background in performance marketing metrics (CPM, CAC, CPA, CTR, LTV, etc.).
• A creative and strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experienced in building and managing an in-house influencer marketing practice.
• Knowledgeable about the influencer marketing industry, trends, and best practices.
• Skilled in written and oral communication, with strong business writing abilities.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Action-oriented and able to define and implement strategies.
At a minimum, you have...
• 10+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing and/or performance marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving results.
• 3+ years of team management and leadership experience.
• Experience in eCommerce and/or subscription business models (preferred).
• Expertise in influencer campaign strategies and execution.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of social media and influencer marketing platforms and tactics.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
