St. Philip’s College is a Historically Black College and Hispanic-Serving Institution with a population of approximately 13,000 students. Of that enrollment: 36% are Pell Grant recipients; 10% are veterans; 84% are enrolled part-time; and 57% are female. We serve 60% Latinx, 22% White, 12% Black or African American, 2% Asian, and 5% other (including American Indian or Alaska Native, multi-racial, or unknown) student populations. We seek faculty experienced in developing course content and delivering instructional practices, as well as staff experienced in delivering supportive services, for diverse populations who have the ability to communicate issues and concerns faced by racially minoritized students.Hours per Week: 40
