First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a flexible and detail-oriented Help Desk Technician I (2nd shift) to join our Help Desk team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical phone support while monitoring and maintaining FHB systems (e.g., ATM, Servers, Backups, etc.) in a 24x7x365 high availability production environment. Troubleshoot issues and failures related to hardware, services, and network.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Work Schedule
Sunday - Thursday 1:00PM - 10:00PM (hours may vary)
