We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiting Administrator with German to support our international recruiting team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth recruitment processes across different markets, managing recruitment documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks. Your ability to communicate fluently in German will be key to supporting our German-speaking stakeholders and candidates.

YOU WILL

  • Recruitment Support: Coordinate and manage various stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, and communicating with candidates.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and other HR paperwork.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking candidates and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by responding to inquiries promptly, providing updates, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
  • Data Management: Keep recruitment databases updated and provide accurate reporting on recruitment metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment projects, improve processes, and deliver high-quality service.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies, local labor laws, and data protection regulations.
  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2+ level).
  • Previous experience in recruitment administration or HR-related roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Work in a hybrid system(3 days from the office in Wroclaw)
