As an Operational Excellence Senior Associate, you will collaborate with clients and the company’s team to deliver operational transformation projects. Your role will involve implementing Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies, identifying innovative solutions, and supporting clients in achieving sustainable results that enhance their competitiveness in the market.

You Will

1. Deliver Projects and Engage with Clients:
• Lead or support projects using Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma to achieve measurable, impactful results.
• Build strong client relationships, providing innovative solutions and ensuring sustainable success.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and contribute to case studies and marketing materials.
2. Guide Teams:
• Motivate and mentor project teams to maintain high performance and align with company’s standards.
• Inspire clients and teams to embrace transformative changes and achieve excellence.
3. Drive Operational Excellence and Innovation:
• Apply and refine Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM to enhance efficiency, quality, and speed.
• Develop digital tools and solutions that align operational improvements with client needs.

• Experience: 10+ years in operational excellence, consulting, or manufacturing leadership, with expertise in TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and change management.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions with measurable impact.
• Leadership: Proven success in managing client relationships and leading high-performing teams.
• Innovation: Experience integrating digital tools and emerging technologies into operational strategies.
• Industry Knowledge: Background in manufacturing, FMCG, aerospace, or similar sectors with diverse operational challenges.
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
