Sr. Sales Engineer, Ohio Automotive

**Overview:**As a Sr. Sales Engineer at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability in the Ohio automotive market. You will be responsible for managing accounts, providing technical sales support, and identifying new business opportunities. **Responsibilities:**• Successfully manage accounts to achieve year-on-year growth in sales and profitability• Develop and execute account strategies and forecasts to achieve business goals• Provide technical sales support and saturate business potential within accounts• Formulate and execute laboratory work requests, customer line audits, and service visit reports• Continuously update professional selling and leadership skills to stay current with business software and communication equipment• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Henkel products and their application in customer processes• *Qualifications:**• BS/BA in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience• 5+ years of relevant technical sales, laboratory, or manufacturing experience with a progressive record of self-starting results• Knowledge of automated control equipment and high-speed manufacturing operations strongly preferred• Ability to travel regionally, up to 70%, depending on location of home-based office• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills• *Benefits:**• Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000• 70% regional travel required• Opportunities for professional growth and development• Collaborative and dynamic work environment• Competitive benefits package
