Open to remote within the USJob SummaryThis position is an exciting new role responsible for leading external and internal communications, content marketing, brand strategy and social media for Henry Schein One. The leader will build and manage a team of individuals who together drive awareness for and engagement with the Henry Schein One story. The role serves as the key liaison for press, industry analysts, and other key influencers for Henry Schein One, while partnering with parent company Henry Schein, Inc. on our media and press strategy. The role will lead and manage a team to develop our company narrative, build external brand awareness, and support our overall communications strategy.What you will doEnhance and execute on Henry Schein One's company narrative and external brand strategy to educate customers, promote products, and increase brand awarenessPartner closely with Executive team to ensure close alignment on consistent corporate messaging and branding across all channelsDevelop and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to develop, organize and deliver public relations efforts to create community interest, awareness, understanding and support of Henry Schein One's visionMaintain a crisis communications preparedness planDevelop and support Henry Schein One's corporate announcement strategyOversee social media and community managementLead compelling thought leadership and content to drive perception of company as a leader in the dental and oral health communityBuild and execute an internal communications strategy that advances the key priorities of the business and builds the Team's belief and confidence in the company's overall value proposition.Develop customer communications to inform of new and upcoming operational successes.Develop internal communications strategy and related content for key internal announcements, events, and initiatives.Create and manage overall narrative, messaging, brand positioningProvide direct communications support for the CEO and executive management of Henry Schein OneQualificationsMust have:Typically 12 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.Broad and unique range of professional skills with an expert understanding of industry practicesOutstanding proficiency with tools, systems, and proceduresExpert planning/organizational skills and techniquesExpert independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding presentation and public speaking skillsOutstanding interpersonal skillsOutstanding conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messagesUse skill and influence to develop company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective waysExcellent negotiating skillsStrategic planning skillsProject management, consultative skills and ability to manage a budgetExpert in multiple technical and/or business skillsAbility to cultivate and develop lasting internal and external customer relationsRecognized in the industry as an expertStrong financial skillsNice to have:Master's degree or global equivalent preferred.May hold two or more industry certifications.The posted range for this position is $135,000 - $216,720 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
