Learn more about Heraeus Group at www.heraeus.com.The following challenges await you:• Partner with the VP, Sales and travel with the salesforce to support efforts to convert prospects to purchase Mirragen bioactive glass products.• Work with the Head of Surgical to identify opportunities for the sale of MirraSurg in the US.• Work with the Sales trainer to create and execute excellent training materials for salesforces, distributors, and customers.• Work with marketing to develop and implement an encompassing and inclusive road map for promotional plans, customer journeys, collateral creation, and brand management.• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the wound care product landscape.• Prepare the bio-active glass forecasts, analyze trends and the effect of determined competitive strategies.• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to navigate approvals and certifications for new and existing products.• Collaborate with R&D and logistics to define product specifications and features.Your Profile:• BS/BA in related discipline• 3-5 years extensive experience in skin substitutes and wound care product management.• 3-5 years of portfolio management that included annual business planning development.• Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry.• Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies• Strong emotional intelligence.• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and written skills.Diversity is at the core of our Vision, Mission, and Values.
