Responsibilities

Organize, modify, install, and support secure networked computer systems
Manage network installation, troubleshooting, and security enforcement
Administer servers, desktops, printers, routers, switches, and software deployment
Develop, document, distribute, and resolve IT issue policies and procedures
Manage IT operations, support processes, and automation tasks
Oversee Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS management
Lead Help Desk Support and System Administrator team
