Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT Support or similar role
- Strong computer and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, organization, and adaptability
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Responsibilities
- Organize, modify, install, and support secure networked computer systems
- Manage network installation, troubleshooting, and security enforcement
- Administer servers, desktops, printers, routers, switches, and software deployment
- Develop, document, distribute, and resolve IT issue policies and procedures
- Manage IT operations, support processes, and automation tasks
- Oversee Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS management
- Lead Help Desk Support and System Administrator team
