Growth Marketing Lead
Hex is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to set strategy and drive paid and organic customer acquisition efforts. You'll collaborate with leadership and teams to achieve growth goals and foster a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities
- Set strategy across all growth marketing areas including paid and SEO.
- Drive end-to-end customer acquisition programs.
- Partner with leadership to develop a vision for sales-led acquisition.
- Manage a team of contractors/agencies and build a team of growth marketers.
- Define and report on KPIs for growth motions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
