Responsibilities

Explore and iterate high quality design solutions for marketing- or brand-related projects, including company landing page (www.heygen.com), marketing campaigns on social media, in-app branding/marketing content (templates, visual promotions, etc.)
Take ownership of design strategy and execution, output high quality design and documents, work closely with the development/marketing team to realize/distribute the designs
Build, maintain and constantly improve the visual style, brand language and design system for company

Requirements

3+ years of visual/brand design at SaaS/software startups/tech companies
Design-related Bachelor's or higher degree, have experience in delivering high quality branding or marketing assets or product interfaces.
Good taste, high standard of aesthetics, rich experience in visual design, deep understanding of fundamental design elements like colors, fonts, textures and can compose world-class visual design language fluently
Top-tier portfolio that showcases outstanding product UI design, branding, motion or video design.
Smooth and efficient team communication and collaboration, can align the team quickly with goals and priorities and come up with satisfying design solutions to address the team's challenges
Clear and experienced design thinking that efficiently offers expert opinions of pros and cons on product/design directions
Product thinking that takes business and customer goals into consideration, takes responsibility for the end user/audience experience
Clear logic, outstanding team collaboration, can think and communicate objectively to help the team make good decisions efficiently
Open-minded, self-driven, strong learner, constantly on the front edge of the industry and brings the latest insights to the team
