HHAeXchange is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Data, Analytics, & Business Intelligence, the Analyst will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across several key internal functions. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting scheduled and ad-hoc data analyses, automating routine reporting tasks, designing, deploying, and managing data models, and overseeing ETL processes. Additionally, the Analyst will develop and manage several business intelligence catalogs, enabling functional support partners to track key performance indicators, and identify business opportunities and challenges.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the Analyst will deliver and communicate actionable insights to their functional support partners, empowering them to make informed decisions. The Analyst will also educate their functional support partners on the use of analytics tools and best practices, fostering a data-driven culture within their areas of responsibility. By championing data literacy and providing strategic guidance, the Analyst will help ensure that data-driven decision-making becomes an integral part of the organizational culture.
The ideal candidate will excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to understand their data needs and provide customized solutions. They will play a pivotal role in data governance, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data with their domain. The Analyst will also be responsible for staying current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and drive innovation.

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $85,000-100,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
