Director of Product, Case Management

We are looking for a driven and intelligent individual to join our growing Product Management team.  Opportunity awaits the right person eager to fuel HHAeXchange’s growth with a combination of focus on big picture strategy and seamless tactical execution of roadmaps and release plans through Agile Product Management & Development best practices.  This role is for a skilled product management professional with hands-on experience personally developing products from concept to delivery.  This is not a program management role.

 

The Director of Product, Case Management role is responsible for maximizing the success of their products by analysis, planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle.  This includes gathering and prioritizing business/product requirements, defining the product vision and goals, and collaborating with Product Management leadership, Product Development, Design, Sales and Marketing, and Implementation teams to deliver successful products and ensure revenue and client satisfaction goals are met. 

 

This role will be accountable for success and product-market fit of the HHAeXchange product components within the Case Management domain across the portfolio including clinical care notes, forms standardization and data capture, assessments, and care giver experiences.  Additionally, the Director will conduct customer and product research while developing a good understanding of customer’s needs, new technologies, care at home trends, market competition and disruptive innovation.

Essential Job Duties
  • Develop business processes that streamline product planning and delivery, ensure consistent execution across teams, and improve product quality.
  • Capture and use data to drive better-informed product decisions.
  • Successfully lead a team of product managers and business analysts.
  • Manage product management tools, such as those used for product planning and prototyping.
  • Organize and facilitate user interviews, to include driving customer advisory board execution and administration.
  • Drive consistent product planning processes and events across all teams.
  • Oversee quality assurance checks on new features.
  • Work closely with support and sales to improve the customer experience.
  • Drive adoption of new features by working cross functionally to eliminate friction points and overcome operational challenges.
  • Integrate usability research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and drive market adoption.
  • Define and leverage metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Facilitating user interviews and other market research
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader.


Travel Requirements
  • Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel


Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience of hands-on Product Management in complex environments.
  • Must have experience building Zero to One in the Product Life Cycle in a healthcare setting.
  • Expertise with SaaS business model and associated product health metrics and configuration concepts.
  • Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience is required.
  • Deep agile experience with ability to implement the right planning and execution approach for the business.
  • Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and assert influence across departments to manage stakeholder expectations and drive the overall success of the product.
  • Working experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile software development tools.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal team members.
  • Manage and support US-based teams.


The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $155,000-170,000, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
