About the Opportunity
WeWork is currently seeking a High Volume Recruiter to support the rapidly growing Community Management team in the United States. This position will partner with hiring managers to find them top talent (internal & external) for their expanding teams. In this role, you’ll:
Partner with hiring managers and business partners to understand business objectives, and identify recruiting strategies to address them
Own the strategy to recruit all levels of candidates including niche, technical candidate talent pools. Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
Source, interview, and evaluate candidates in a timely manner while always providing a positive candidate experience
Drive the offer process, including negotiating and closing candidates on offers
Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as brand ambassador when representing WeWork
Manage jobs in Workday (HCM) and Greenhouse (ATS) through monitoring and progress reporting
Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience. Stay up to date on innovative recruiting trends and practices
Own and project manage the internal mobility process and partner with HRBPs to ensure program compliance and positive employee experience
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques/practices
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment
Project management experience is a plus
Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers of all levels on recruiting decisions
Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly
Results-oriented with a track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, optimism, and integrity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling multiple priorities, and pivoting as needs change
Organized and detail oriented - This role is all about the details - You need to juggle many different tasks, ensuring they all get done in an accurate and timely manner
Results-driven and metrics-oriented
Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions
A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $74,800 - $99,800
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, 401K plan, Life & AD&D insurance.
