If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team! As a People Experience Generalist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our employees feel supported and valued throughout their time with us. You bring strong analytical skills, a knack for executing initiatives that enhance the employee experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. What You Will Do:
  • Supporting the onboarding journey of new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from their first day through their first 90 days.
  • Serving as the point of contact for new joiner orientations and check-ins, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Partnering with the Learning & Development (L&D) teams to develop and execute initiatives based on employee feedback, aimed at improving the overall employee lifecycle.
  • Analyzing employee feedback data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing the employee experience.
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to address any resource gaps or feedback provided by new hires, ensuring that employee needs are met.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Continuously reviewing and improving the onboarding process and other employee experience programs to align with best practices and feedback.
  • Staying current with trends in employee experience and engagement and bringing innovative ideas to the team.
  • Work on other assigned projects as needed.


What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or a related field, with a focus on onboarding and the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting data and feedback to drive decision-making and improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, HRBPs, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing employee engagement and experience initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and employee feedback tools, with the ability to analyze and report on data effectively.
  • A passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
