This role is 100% remote for residents of India.

Shift Time: 10.30AM - 7.30PM IST | Sunday - Thursday

Who You Are:

A customer centric individual who wants to provide the best IT support to our HighLevel team members. Our ideal candidate is organized with good project management skills to keep track of all working needs of the business, strong follow through skills to take issues to completion and has amazing customer service skills. You are a self starter with tremendous initiative and work ethic.

This role will support the administration of all phases of our systems and software processes for team members including partnering with our IT vendors on working requests and incident tickets. Additional responsibilities include supporting communications with other areas of IT to enable software deployment, procurement and tracking of assets, reporting, material requisition, invoice reconciliation, tracking and internal billing. While this role will report into People Operations, our Systems Support Specialist will work cross functionally to support our global team members. 


Responsibilities
  • Act as a resource for our team members to support their needs using excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality, consistent service delivery. 
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of team members with asset management, system and SaaS tool needs. 
  • Responsible for ensuring all new hires are set up for success with their IT needs. 
  • Work with the People Ops team to arrange for equipment to be transferred between team members and/or our equipment provider in a timely manner. 
  • Management of all global tracking of assets and transfers of assets. 
  • Accountable for creating, uploading, deleting members to distribution lists. 
  • Updating email signatures with transfers/promotions. 


Requirements
  • At least 2 years of IT systems administration experience. 
  • A high level of communication skills, advanced software skills and exceptional time management are essential requirements for this role. 
  • Solid technical skills—deep familiarity with Apple products and technologies and G-Suite. 
  • Ability to work in conjunction with our Global IT vendor. 
  • Clear communicator with exceptional written and collaboration skills. 
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; 
  • Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; 
  • Develops alternative solutions and develops project plans; 
  • Support with communicating changes and progress; 
  • Ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
