OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to support a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Agile Development Contract Team. You will serve as the Project/Task Order Manager, leading a team in developing and maintaining applications using Agile methodologies. You will ensure project compliance and stakeholder satisfaction while overseeing the development and enhancement of various applications and integrations.This position is onsite in Ann Arbor, MI.Responsibilities• Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO).• Lead an Agile development team, ensuring all work complies with contract terms and conditions.• Oversee the development and maintenance of applications using various web technologies and development platforms.• Attend status meetings and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders.• Provide technical guidance and project management expertise to team members as required.• Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage resources effectively.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:• EPA background investigation eligible.• Demonstrated education and expertise in Agile development methodology.• Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in IT project management.• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Atlassian JIRA, Confluence).• Proficiency with development platforms (e.g., Eclipse, Subversion, Jenkins).• Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., Java, JSP, HTML/CSS, XML).• Strong understanding of Agile best practices and their implementation in software development projects.• Ability to understand and implement security guidance for application Authority to Operate.• Experience managing dashboards, cloud solutions, testing, and software integration.Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related technical field.• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.• Experience with EPA or other federal government contracts.• Familiarity with environmental compliance information systems.About HighlightFor over ten years, Highlight has provided Development and Modernization, Secure IT, and Mission Solution services to our federal government customers.
